Music

Children use music to explore their creativity and develop self-expression. It plays a powerful role in the lives of young children as it helps them memorise words, and exercise rhythm. Through music, babies and toddlers can also learn to decipher patterns and learn new coordination skills.

Keyboard

Learning to play a musical instrument like the keyboard not only stimulates the brain of the children, but it also improves many other cognitive and physical aspects of their bodies. It gradually also improves cognitive and muscle memory.

Guitar

It is important to help children discover and nurture their talents at a tender age. What better way to do it than learning how to play the guitar! In the process they get a new skill, form new friendships and learn to work with others well.

Gardening

The tactile and sensory experiences of gardening can help children self-regulate, begin to work independently as they plant seeds or pick produce, and also learn to take care of plants. Children are never too young to learn.

Football

It is more than just a game for us; it teaches lessons that our players carry with them long after they hang up their cleats. Team work, discipline, perseverance, goal setting, handling success and failure, keeping fit and time management.

Swimming

Swimming helps the children develop stronger muscles and joints, as well as improving the strength of the heart and lungs. The children also improve their physical coordination as they swim.
