Our daycare class is fondly referred to as Sweet Pea, named after the lavender and pink flower that is fragrant and very attractive. The class is for infants from 6 months to 2.5 years, and your little one is welcome to this day care program that has a variety of stimulating and enjoyable activities. The services offered here include part-time (morning to midday day care) as well as full-time (morning to evening).
As a Christian school, we integrate biblical principals in our learning activities and goals on each school day, because even the infants who are not yet able to read and write enjoy Bible stories, music, puzzles, sensory boards and a cuddle or two!
When parents drop off their infants at Sweet Pea, they should expect welcoming and attentive teachers who will lead the children in song, read them stories, supervise them as they play, eat or nap.
Other activities include potty training for those old enough, songs that help the children learn about God, art exploration, and outdoor fun on the swings, in the sand, or in water when the weather permits. Feel free to schedule a visit but come prepared for a surprise because the sweet peas love to have fun in a less structured way than the older ones and no day is the same as any other in their class!
