The middle class is fondly referred to as Sunbeams, the rays of sunshine confidently bringing light and joy to the school. This class is for children aged between 4 and 5 years. The fun and learning continue here as we provide age and development appropriate learning activities to all children at Netzah. The sunbeams too start their day with a Bible story and songs, and free play time helps the children to settle in for a new day.
Other activities include morning circle, devotions, toilet breaks, outdoor play, and life skills like cleaning our bodies and washing our hands well. Writing skills, numeracy, reading and other class work is done too, to build up on the basics acquired in earlier classes. Nutritious lunch is served and later a well-deserved nap for the little ones who stay in the afternoon.
