Alex Mugabe & Shallon Mugabe

From May through to September 2022, Ps Alex and Mrs Shallon Mugabe led the Netzah team in understanding the aspects of REAL Success from world renowned coach John Maxwell. The workshops covered elements of Relationships, Equipping, Attitude and Leadership; as well as character. This training enabled the team to focus on what they each as individuals have to offer to ensure that the whole institution flourishes.

Mrs Mugabe is a self-driven public manager with over 17 years of experience in the public service. She possesses great interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills. Her strongest attributes are integrity, collaboration, creativity, innovation, problem solving and interpersonal interaction which help her to maximise productivity in an organization or team. She aspires to equip public managers and civil servants in transformative leadership and public governance.

Her objective is to be part of a dynamic organization which values equipping their human resources for effective service delivery of public services. Driven by productivity and progressive excellent performance. The couple are passionate about helping institutions and families thrive; and Mr Mugabe is the Pastor of St. Philips Church, Kira.

 

Rose Mercy Sendegeya

Netzah International School hosted Mercy in 2022, when she facilitated a training workshop on Excellence at the work place. She is a Leadership expert and Performance Coach with more than 18 years of successful experience in Leadership and Team Building; dedicated to making a difference in the growth of leaders by identifying the unique values and leadership potential within young executives. As a certified Coach Masters Academy Transformational Coach and certified Counsellor, Rose Mercy is currently completing her Mastery Training in Artful Coaching. She has experience in NGO work, leading cross-cultural and global teams, fundraising, raising global awareness under a specified mandate, leading and supporting company transitions, identifying the strengths of each individual and helping them navigate changes in the organization positively.

With an MA in Communication and Journalism, Rose Mercy has for the last 7 years led the global sponsorship funding and retention strategy of Watoto Child Care ministries, managing over 36,000 donors across 11 offices. She founded EXPLORe Creative Leadership Center in 2020 to impact the lives of young adults through transformative coaching and leadership direction, so that they can invest in the lives of young children/teenagers in schools, churches and communities around them. Her goal and passion is developing Youth Leaders who are solving Africa’s problems in an African cultural context, with a global outlook.

Ps. Joshua & Christine Mugabi
Ps. Joshua & Christine Mugabi

Pastors Joshua and Christine Mugabi lead the Family Ministry at Watoto Church. Joshua, the pastor for Netzah International School, and he has led the school at various functions including end of year production and graduation ceremonies, among others. Ps Christine Mugabi is a lawyer by profession, who spent years in the legal career before joining full-time ministry at Watoto.

The couple led the Netzah team in “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” sessions, at the end of which staff was conversant with the aspects of putting first things first, as well as being proactive, among others. “Lead your life or someone else will,” Stephen R. Covey. In April 2023 we concluded “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” training series with Ps Joshua and Christine Mugabi who emphasized the importance of how to be a better person to oneself and to the community, by focusing on what is important, prioritizing, and sharpening the saw consistently.

Danstan Kisuule
Danstan Kisuule

Danstan was the founding chairman of Y-Save in 2000. Y-Save, one of the largest investment clubs in Uganda, is a savings and investment scheme for Watoto Church Members. Danstan was the first Vice Chairperson and later Chairperson of Investment Clubs Association of Uganda. He has helped many institutions start up savings and credit organizations, including: National Social Security F. und, Umeme Ltd, Uganda Revenue Authority, Franciscan Investment Club, and Kampala Corporate Women’s Co-operative, among others. He is a Civil & Building Engineer by profession, and prior to joining Y-Save as the Chief Executive Officer in 2009, he worked for National Housing & Construction Company Ltd.

He also holds various postgraduate qualifications in management and strategic business management. In June 2023, Danstan facilitated a workshop on Financial Literacy and Management. He highlighted various key financial issues including valuing our money as much as we do our time, stewardship, budgeting well and sticking to budgets, not spending to impress, keeping track of income and expenditure, tithing, giving to God and others, saving and investing, among others. These sessions are open to parents/gurdians of the school and take place every first Saturday of each month, as communicated.
