Opening up Netzah International School doors in December 2019 was the culmination of a 20-year-old dream to have a school that focuses on raising Uganda’s children in a loving, nurturing and Christian school environment. This dream is grounded in Habakkuk 2:1; Proverbs 29:12; and Psalm 126 all pointing to the importance of a strong vision that is critical for any organization to thrive. As such, we purpose to plan, celebrate the past, the present and envision a future for Netzah community, by God’s grace.

Education at Netzah School is Bible-based, using the WEE Learn Curriculum for 0 to 6 years. The school is strategically located North of Kampala, in Gayaza, in order to offer a child-centered and cost-effective option for the thousands of parents and children who flock to Kampala district each school day. These parents and children often travel over ten kilometers a day to get to school and back: having woken up as early as 05.00 am and getting back home as late as 08.00 pm due to the traffic to and from the central business district.

Our Present and Future

Netzah International School is strategically growing into a primary and secondary school of choice, with classes up to grade 12, using the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) Curriculum. In January 2020, the school opened with an Early Learning Centre (Kindergarten) for ages six months to 6; and we are expanding with additional upper classes every year.  The School has the potential to grow into the largest Christian school in Uganda, offering high quality, accessible, and affordable education.

Mission

To train children to appreciate their God given purpose; to equip the children with knowledge and wisdom about God and the world; and empower them to grow to their full potential by nurturing their gifts, talents and abilities.

We do this by:

  •  Creating a healthy, safe, and welcoming center.
  • Providing indoor and outdoor learning environments that are developmentally appropriate and encourage children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth.
  • Promoting open communication between parents and teachers to maintain consistency between home and the school.
  • Employing qualified, motivated and diverse staff that put children first.

School Facilities

We have a fully equipped range of facilities and resources for all students, to help them achieve a well-rounded education in a child friendly environment. We provide a safe and welcoming centre; with both indoor and outdoor learning environments that are developmentally appropriate and encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cognitive growth. We appreciate and respect each child’s uniqueness in learning styles and his/her space in intellectual and physical growth. Our staff focuses on each child’s individual needs and promotes his/her development through providing age-appropriate educational programs. We are always glad to create a happy, safe and secure home away from home for your child.
