John Maxwell REAL Success Training

From May through to September 2022, Ps Alex and Mrs Shallon Mugabe led the Netzah team in understanding the aspects of REAL Success from world renowned coach John Maxwell. The workshops covered elements of Relationships, Equipping, Attitude and Leadership as well as character formation enabling the Netzah team to focus on what they each have to offer so the whole institution flourishes.

Mrs Mugabe is a self-driven public manager with over 17 years of experience in the public service, known for integrity, collaboration, creativity, and transformative leadership. Mr Mugabe is the Pastor of St. Philips Church, Kira. The couple are passionate about helping institutions and families thrive.

Excellence at the Workplace β€” Training Workshop 2022

Netzah International School hosted Rose Mercy in 2022, when she facilitated a transformative workshop on Excellence at the Workplace. She is a Leadership Expert and Performance Coach with more than 18 years of successful experience in Leadership and Team Building dedicated to making a difference in the growth of leaders by identifying the unique values and leadership potential within individuals.

As a certified Coach Masters Academy Transformational Coach and Counsellor, Rose Mercy founded EXPLORe Creative Leadership Center in 2020. With an MA in Communication and Journalism, she led the global sponsorship strategy of Watoto Child Care Ministries, managing over 36,000 donors across 11 offices. Her goal is developing Youth Leaders solving Africa’s problems with a global outlook.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People β€” Training Series

Pastors Joshua and Christine Mugabi lead the Family Ministry at Watoto Church. Ps Joshua serves as the pastor for Netzah International School and has led the school at various functions including end-of-year productions and graduation ceremonies. Ps Christine is a lawyer by profession who spent years in the legal career before joining full-time ministry at Watoto.

The couple led the Netzah team through “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” sessions by Stephen R. Covey. In April 2023, they concluded the series emphasising putting first things first, being proactive, prioritising what is important, and sharpening the saw consistently with the guiding principle:“Lead your life or someone else will.”

Financial Literacy & Management Workshops β€” Monthly

Danstan Kisuule is the founding chairman of Y-Save (2000), one of the largest investment clubs in Uganda a savings and investment scheme for Watoto Church members. He was the first Vice Chairperson and later Chairperson of the Investment Clubs Association of Uganda, and has helped many institutions establish savings and credit organisations including NSSF, Umeme, URA, and Kampala Corporate Women’s Co-operative.

In June 2023, Danstan facilitated a workshop on Financial Literacy and Management at Netzah, highlighting key principles including valuing money as we value time, stewardship, budgeting, tithing, giving, saving and investing wisely. These sessions are open to all parents and guardians and take place every first Saturday of each month as communicated.
